The flexible seating options will make a huge impact on my students ability to attend to their learning. Students will be able to have choices in where and how they work. Having choices in seating, including wobble chairs, wobble cushions, lap desks and fidget bands, will work to assure diverse students are all comfortable in their seating, meeting different physical needs. We all want to be comfortable and have our needs met. When students are comfortable and stable in their seating, they are more productive in their work and are better able to focus. When students take responsibility for their learning, they learn more. Flexible seating will enrich our classroom environment and the overall learning of my students!
