The Storyworks subscriptions will keep my students engaged and challenged as they work on their reading skills. My plan is to use this subscription for differentiation with my students in the small group setting, but it will also be used with Close Reading in a whole group setting. Online activities offered through Storyworks are an added bonus due to the state-mandated testing being online now for all of our third graders. This gives them the opportunity to be very comfortable with an online format before testing in the spring. Storyworks also involves all genres of reading which is so beneficial for the students. And as we know good readers are good writers because they go hand in hand together!
