After attending a conference on fitness for individuals with exceptionalities (ESE), I realized that our school lacked the resources necessary to give our students the best possible physical education class. As a physical education teacher I work with students who have learning, mental, emotional, or physical disabilities. My goal as a physical education teacher is to give each student the building blocks they need to achieve a lifetime of fitness. These resources will help me adapt general education lessons to teach various students with mild to moderate disabilities. By helping support my project, my students with ESE will be able to have individual and small group work inside the classroom and in the gym.

About my class
