I offer the students a variety of coping mechanisms for physical, mental and emotional needs. The weighted blankets would aid kids with anxiety and stress. The hot packs will aid students physical ailments. The sensory packets will help kids regulate from heated situations. The snacks will provide nourishment to make it through the day. The nurses office is the hub of student wellness, and provide coping mechanisms for physical, mental and emotional needs. Throughout the day kids will need to use the weighted blanket, sensory fidgets, or a snack to help continue their positive learning. All these items will assure the students emotional, physical and mental needs are being met.
