The 3D printer will go into our Learning Resource Center where students will be able to model experiments in Science, mathematical structure, design works of art, and historical monuments. In other words, they will be able to use it as a tool to synthesize their learning from their diverse curriculum. Most importantly, the students can use the printer as a vehicle to model their Personal Project Product that every Sophomore is required to complete under the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) . Access to such cutting-edge technology would be so beneficial to our students on so many levels and would give them vital experience in an ever-changing world.
