Kiddos need the flexibility in seating so that their minds and bodies are operating at optimal levels. Flexible seating will offer my students exploration for seating that best suits their educational needs. Like most things in education, there is not a "one size fits all" mentality and why should seating be any different? Flexible seating offers students sensory outlets, choice, and-let's be honest-fun! My students will be able to curl up with a good book on a bean bag. Can you picture it? They can stay focused on my lessons because they are comfortable and their mind and bodies are ready to learn.
