Flexible seating has been glorified through research in the 21st century. Flexible seating promotes student creativity and collaboration by letting students choose where they work best. The lap desks allow for students to sit around the room without the constraints of a tall desk and chair. This is a great solution for someone who prefers to work alone or needs to stretch their legs. The floor seats are an awesome way for students to sit in groups with a clipboards with the ease of a small cushion vs hard chairs. They could work on an assignment or curl up with a good book!
