As a quadruple amputee my student would benefit by my having the ability to create projects and assignments that are fun and exciting rather than dull and boring book work. This equipment will give me the ability to further my own education. The touch screen of the Microsoft Surface Pro 6 will give me the ability to read, write papers, and preform tasks that would be asked of me by my instructors in my classes. Also, I can create learning stations for my students to explore. Currently, the computer hinders the process because I lack the ability to use a mouse for extended periods of time. Before my accident, I loved creating these type of assignments because it gets the students to engage in the learning. I look forward to have this ability again and watching my high school students love learning again.
