These high interest books will inspire students to continue to read and also engage with the text as they share their latest “find” with their class makes. My classroom library is the favorite place for my kids to go to during the day. They can sit on a comfy rug, look through the labeled bins and find what is “just right” for them! The books inspire the children as I have worked hard to create a child center atmosphere that is print rich and has a variety of text. Students are accustomed to spreading out to read and take notes about the adventure they traveled through the pages. We have a Face”Book” card for each student where they can “Tag” friends and recommend the book and give a few details. Each book chosen was carefully considered to meet the interest of everyone! Every student will be able to find something that will inspire them and take them to new places. The diversity of the books will meet the varying levels of readers.
