Our computer lab is used for educational learning and interventions. Most of the learning programs we use are interactive and read to our students. With our current headphones, most of our kids experience issues being able to understand the prompts given by the programs. Our charter school does not receive the same funding for technology as other schools around our area. Our students come from lower income families that cannot provide individual headsets for their students to bring to school. Our student population is mostly ESL and Special Education students, who use these programs to reinforce their classroom learning. Our lower students also receive interventions to catch up to their regular classes.
