The materials that I am requesting for my students will help them keep their bodies moving, while keeping their minds focused on what I am teaching and their daily assignments. Flexible seating will be a great tool for my students to continue to grow and learn in a way that is best for them since they constantly need to be moving. I am striving to create a classroom where all of my students can be successful no matter what challenges stand in their way. I have seen how successful flexible seating can be with other classrooms in my school, and I know that it can do the same for my students! Flexible seating produces effective and productive students. This will benefit my students with choice, physical health, comfort, community, collaboration and sensory input.
