Our students participated in our initial summer incentive program last year to explore the benefits of student practice in math and reading during the summer months. Students who participated felt more confident when they returned to school and also as they took their fall benchmarking MAP tests. Students' productive dispositions were enhanced along with their benchmark scores! To continue this positive program that engages students to be curious about their math and reading skills during the summer, our elementary school would like to have iPads and bikes to offer students for the grand prize drawing this coming fall. Students earn grand prize chances by completing activities during the summer.
