We want to end our school year with an exciting and memorable unit. The purpose of a Classroom Butterfly Life Cycle Kit is to allow students to discover every stage of a butterfly's life cycle as it happens. This will help students to engage and teach them about not only butterfly life cycles, but life cycles of all animals. The students will be able to take on the role of scientists as they observe and document their findings as the unit goes along. We will wrap up the unit with an art standard by using recycled bottle caps to create a large butterfly unit to be an art piece in our school.
