In our classroom, my students have a lot of English books/posters/flashcards to read that are appropriate for their grade level. On the other hand, we have no supplies (books/posters/flashcards) for our Urdu parts of the days. I have created the alphabets in Urdu on my own and that's all we have thus for our class. In order to make this dual language program (English/Urdu) successful, we must have the supplies for the Urdu days. With these supplies, my students will be able to learn Urdu and will be ready to become successful citizen of the twenty-first century by speaking/reading/writing two languages!
