Children are growing up in an era where technology is in their faces every day. They know more about working individually on tablets and get instant gratification. I want to teach students to work to accomplish activities while learning patience and teamwork. I want my students to use their problem-solving abilities and complete tasks with help from each other. I want them to learn social skills and that some things take time to accomplish. By working together on puzzles and STEM projects, they can expand their creativity and problem-solving skills, while also learning teamwork and patience. I want them to be proud of a job well done with the support of each other!
