Learning through play is crucial to a child's social and emotional development. Funding for this project would mean that my students will be provided with the necessary materials to learn through play based opportunities! Play teaches children to self regulate, interact with their peers, communicate, and share, among many others. With these materials I will be able to start dedicating an hour of every day to purposeful play centers. These centers will include blocks, art, drama, legos, library, puzzles, painting, play dough, & the sand/water sensory table. Help us learn through play & play to learn!
