My students will have the opportunity to be part of a hands-on physics lesson. They will also get to experience indoor skydiving. This is an experience most of these students would never have unless we able to go on this field trip. This is a STEM activity of a lifetime for these students! Many of my students come from low-income families, where extracurricular activities are not an option. I want to give these students an opportunity to try something new and extraordinary. Providing students with experiential will inevitably result in them remembering this subject matter and activity for the rest of their lives.
