Everyday students produce excellent work that needs to be acknowledged by their peers and visitors to the classroom. They need the reassurance that their efforts have not been in vain. Students need to be lauded and also critiqued so it helps to build their confidence and enhance their learning. They desire to be applauded and appreciate having others praise them. The students become more motivated to do good work in the classroom knowing that their work would be displayed. This therefore pushes them to excel. My classroom does not have a board at the moment so getting these boards will help in achieving this goal of boosting student performance. There is also need for an additional storage cabinet so that the students can store their work and the materials needed to complete the work.
