While my children are the biggest kids in the school, they still love to be comfortable. Having a colorful carpet where we can come together as a class helps to facilitate a family like community in the classroom. This carpet can be utilized in so many different ways in our curriculum. Visually being able to see state locations on a daily basis helps children to recognize where the states are, their neighbors, and some geographical formations in their area. With so many various needs in the classroom, the carpet gives one more way to engage special needs children. Children this age love competition. They enjoy being on teams and proving that they are the best. The Eggspert quiz system is a fun and entertaining way to engage students in test question preparation and review concepts.
