Middle School math students will create short story books for Elementary feeder school's summer reading program.
Selected math story books will be chosen to be read to elementary students enrolled in the summer reading programs for the feeder elementaries. The students whose Math story books are selected, will be reading their short stories to elementary students who are enrolled in the summer school's reading program. The students will take pride and joy knowing that their stories will be heard by eager, enthusiastic and energetic young elementary students who will look up to them and perhaps aspire to be like them one day when they too become middle school students.
