We do a lot of learning at the Promethean board as a whole group. A part of our lessons for math, reading, social studies, and many other things are done at the "rug." If everyone has their own assigned "rug spot" for our whole group learning, it eliminates a lot of transitional time so they find their spot quickly and are ready to listen and learn! With a combined classroom of kindergarten and first grade, it is even more important to make every bit of our time a learning opportunity. A new and bigger classroom rug is exactly what we need to help us be ready to learn!

About my class
