I am a Speech-Language Pathologist in a Title 1 school (86% of my students eat Free and Reduced lunch). Most of my students do not have access to the type of materials that I have requested for this project. The interactive materials from Lakeshore will help the 62 students that I work with. My students will have the opportunity to increase their vocabulary, categorize vocabulary, demonstrate knowledge of prepositions and increase their sentence length with these awesome materials. The manipulatives in these language activities are "hands on" and will increase the spontaneous communication skills of my students. These activities will bring joy and increasing learning.
