My students need to have access to personal calculators for use in the classroom and at home. Since Covid-19, our students are not allowed to share or borrow materials. I have a class set of 25 calculators. We are not allowed to share these calculators in class in order to limit the spread of the virus. We can't even use the pencil sharpener. Because of this, my students need their own personal calculators. Students are using their cell phones in class at the moment, but they can not use their cell phones on district and state tests. Not all students have cell phones. They need their own personal calculators that they can use year round.
