The materials that I chose for this project will allow my students more choice and empowerment in their environment. It gives them the ability to work comfortably or to rock, bounce, or in a calming atmosphere. It encourages a student to stay calm, focused, and productive. Flexible seating also allows for more collaboration among pairs or groups. This environment opens the classroom up for more connection and critical thinking. We will be able to use this with our project based learning and discussion tools throughout class. Constant communication and clear objectives will allow clear learning goals to come across with flexible learning.
