I am starting an art class called the "trashion show" which encourages students to use recycled materials to turn TRASH into FASHION! Students will model their designs in a fashion show, while promoting recycling as an important part of our daily lives. This project also encourages students to work together in a team to plan a design from start to finish. We will also be gathering materials from the Resource for RI education/Recycle Center to use in their designs. Students will also be encouraged to get their fellow classmates to donate items that could be used in a creative way! These donations will go towards materials needed to launch this class at Burrillville Middle School. Any donation is greatly appreciated! Thank you for supporting the creative arts!
