I was offered a position in preschool, which is where my heart is and I absolutely love my assignment. In order to remain in my current position, supporting my preschoolers with special needs, I am required to add an authorization to my credential. While I am certain this add-on will allow me to better support my students, by better understanding ways to make learning more accessible to them and how to better engage them in the classroom, the cost of the added authorization is creating a barrier. Help me so that I can stay in my current position and follow my passion of working with little ones with special needs.
