We will be taking all 67 of our 6th grade students to 4H Camp Overlook. Students will stay in cabins in the wilderness and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful mountainous area! During their overnight camp experience, students will participate in the adventure course, where they will engage in team building and confidence building activities. The adventure course offers low rope elements as well as high rope elements. Students will be challenged to face their fears as they complete the various elements while being encouraged by their peers. Students will also be required to help prepare for meals as well as clean up after meals.
Students end up learning a lot about themselves on this trip and just how strong they are. This trip is all about personal growth, teamwork, leadership, and community involvement. This is a great bonding experience for them and the chance of a lifetime.
Please help support our grade 6 students by donating. We need your help to send us on our way.
