I am a French teacher and have discovered that students need a binder with sections to use on a daily basis as a learning tool dedicated solely to their French class. The front has a French calendar for each day to write their homework in. I print the calendar on card stock so that is lasts longer. They learn the days, months and numbers while staying organized. The other sections are for verb conjugations, mini lectures, vocabulary pictures and lists and their graded work. The dividers are for those sections. High school students are still developing their executive skills and the binder set up helps them realize how much easier it is to have all their reference materials organized. They often thank me and use this method for other courses.
