With yoga balls as chairs, the students can continuously let out stored up energy without disruption. Ten and eleven year olds are not meant to be stationary for 7 hours a day. By simply switching out chairs and replacing them with yoga balls, students can make major changes inside of the classroom! I believe that yoga balls will not only improve the attention from students, but can also help improve grades! By being able to move around, students can pay more attention and in turn will be able to do better in school. With this project, all students can have a yoga ball and flexible seating options!

About my class
