It is my hope that by adding a daily yoga practice into the Learning Center schedule, the children I see will be able to spend more time in their regular classroom. Mindfulness, calming breathing techniques, and focus are just a few of the tools that can be learned from practicing yoga on a daily basis. By donating to this project, you will help provide the materials I need, yoga mats. Having yoga mats for students to use will help personalize the daily yoga experience by providing them their own personal space with boundaries, and prevent students from having to lay on the cold floor.

About my class
