Hands-on instruction is critical for engaging students! I have created books and vocabulary cards and we watch videos but there is nothing like experimentation and exploration to spark imagination! Every student learns differently and I want to differentiate instruction in such a way that everyone takes away something new and fun in the Adair Allstar classroom. In Physical Science we will the Carolina Classroom Earthquake Kits rumble earthquakes (relevant for being on the New Madrid fault) and in Biology, we will use the Wisconsin Fast Plants Whos the Father? Investigating Genetics Monohybrid Kit to see what all the Gregor Mendel fuss is about with hairy plants!

About my class
