My students love using technology, often when students are using some of the classroom computers, others would love to do the same. Having tablets would definitely have them learning in a fun and easy way. It totally benefit them by using the programs that district have and also supplementing with book stories, Math and educational programs available for them. Students would acquire more language and vocabulary which is a huge and important skill most of economically disadvantaged students lack due to the fact that they are not exposed to a variety of stories or programs that enables them to acquire it. Many students come without the basic skills to start reading and being more exposed to programs that emphasize emergent literacy will make an amazing impact in their lives!
