Our project is to simply enable our students learn to their best ability on an everyday basis. Our students require lots of differentiated instruction and small group work. That being said, we need a classroom environment that is set up for success. Students with emotional needs are quite often affected by the classroom environment and the set up. Having an organized, welcoming and relaxing environment will aid in their social, emotional and academic success. Being provided with the tables and reading chairs will give our students the ability to use coping skills to take space when necessary as well as enjoy sitting with one another when ready.
