Everyone learns in different ways. My students are in need of math manipulatives to help them interact with tricky math concepts in new ways. These supplies will give my students the opportunity to review concepts, work in teams, and make connections as they learn new ideas. Many of my students are designated as English Language Learners, and even more of my students are at or below poverty level. They need access to math materials that will increase their learning and make it an enjoyable experience. Math manipulatives will also allow my students to work independently and express their own ideas and creativity.
