This interactive whiteboard will help me create more opportunities to demonstrate learning, collect data and prepare for IEP meetings and conferences. It can help during whole group and small group instruction. It gives students the opportunity to come up to the board and choose their answers. Many of my students are visual learners so including text, images, audio and video in a classroom lesson allows my non verbal, low vision, visual, and verbal students to enjoy the lesson. It also gives them the opportunity for instant feedback which is very effective with a population of students that are severely disabled.
