My scholars have been learning how to segment and blend as well as write sentences so these materials will definitely help them to master these skills. They are encouraged to label their pictures and to sound out words when making up sentences on their own. This has been a long and difficult task for some scholars but with these materials I feel that they will be better prepared for first grade. With these materials I can make my lessons more effective to help my scholars reach the target goal before the school year is out. I can see their faces now, lighting up as they can have fun while learning at the same time. While exploring these materials, they can acquire a new found excitement for learning and they will be able to better retain what they've learned.
