These materials will give students books with which to identify. With a high population of students from different cultures and backgrounds, these books will help them draw from their own experiences and culture to improve the "want" to read and facilitate discussions. Students will study and have genuine learning experiences through the gift of reading with support. To enhance the quality of learning, literature circles will be used to enhance the individual learning styles of students within my class. I need the materials to achieve my goals and for the students to reach their own expectations! Please help my almost fully teacher-funded classroom thrive by creating a culture of reading!
