We are learning how our body reacts to all different types of emotions. By having the ability to recognize what our body is doing we can learn to control our strong emotional reactions and stay in control! We will be listening to our heart, literally so that we can control our mind and body's reactions. This open mindset leads to more effective problem solving and happier, more positive social interactions I find the more hands-on and involved the students are in their learning the more excited they are. To make an abstract emotion into something the kids can see and change makes it much more powerful. The tools in this donor's project will enable the students have that hands on experience.

About my class
