With this rug, my students will have a spacious place to sit during our morning meeting and calendar time. We do all of our story time at our rug. My current and future students will appreciate a comfy spot to call their own. In kindergarten, students need to have routine every day to promote a sense of control and to be able to learn. With this rug, students will have their own spots to sit at each day as we share our experiences and to retell our story to each other, or to share what they did over the weekend.
