We have applied for a grant to start a robotics club at our Title 1 middle school. The grant covers the actual robotics kits, however, we are in need of a safe and secure place to store our robots. Robotics club students will meet weekly to learn about the design and problem-solving process. Students will design and build robots that can be remotely driven as well as programmed to run autonomously. Our goal is for the robotics club to serve as a pipeline for our STEM and Computer Science programs. Most students at our campus do not have the means to experience robotics and STEM learning outside of school.
