I teach 3 blocks of 5th Grade Science and Social Studies to about 70 students every day. I love my job! I enjoy teaching this content to my students and helping them understand concepts in the world around them that will help encourage a better sense of self and others. My main goal for my students is that they are kind. My classroom is full of laughter, hard work, motivation, technology, and high expectations. We are at a wonderful elementary school in Charlotte, NC. Our atmosphere fosters a sense of safety and learning, and our entire staff cares so much about our students and parents.

About my class
