Students need a fighting chance. The campus has dictionaries that are extremely old. Many copies are missing pages. The internet has taken over making it easier for students to access definitions. However, not all scholars have access to technology. Looking up words seems to be a lost art. For our campus, in part, it is a lost art because we simply do not have access to dictionaries that are up to date or available. Our scholars have the opportunity to use dictionaries on their state assessments. I want to give them every possible resource before, during, and after the assessment.
