Our classroom currently is lacking in the technology area because we are a low income school. We are still using cassette tapes or CD's to listen to books in our listening center. Having new technology will help my students be prepared. There are so many educational apps on the iPad that would benefit my students. Being able to have the technology at their fingertips would be a wonderful addition. I want my students to have the same opportunities as other students do in other schools. I want them to feel confident in themselves when it comes to using technology when they get older.
