About my class

Flexible seating options and different games help students feel more comfortable and at home in the classroom. After learning at home and spending a lot of time outside the classroom, learning has become hard for a lot of students. I am hoping that by giving students more options to learn in a position that is comfortable for them, like on a floor cushion with a clipboard, or at a standing table, they will be able to focus more. In a world focused on instant gratification and instant answers, I hope to teach students how to learn and work through difficult problems. I hope the different games will allow students to find joy and laughter in learning while also applying what they are learning into a higher way of thinking. Other resources are going to organizing the classroom and creating visuals for different lessons.
