My students are mostly at risk youth who struggle to deal with home environments. Our school does not have outlets for student to release or digress emotions. Our students would benefit from a learning cafe. The students who want to learn to code, or do hands on activities. It would be nice to create a room for students to experience the many avenues of learning to code. Coding gives students a chance to learn and create on their own. This develops skills in comprehension and it motivates them to learn. I want them to learn to code to work in a global society where technology is constantly growing.
