The Spheros help make learning how to code exciting and fun for my students. They first learn to code on the computer and then when they are turned loose with the Androids and the Spheros they don't realize how much they are learning. The students have to work in groups of 3-4 and work together with each other by sharing and also listening to each others ideas. It is fun to watch them working together to solve the challenge given to them each day. Learning to code these in the 6th grade gives them a great start so that they are ready to begin making apps in 7th grade and code and make projects in 8th grade.
