My students are creative young artists that are eager to use more technology in the classroom. By having access to iPads, my students would be able to learn and use technology while making art. By incorporating iPads into my classroom, my students will be better prepared for the fastest growing sector of the art world, digital media. They would be able to produce digital artworks while becoming more familiar with technology. Students will be able to develop interest in and gain knowledge of digital art making apps, photo/video editing apps and general exploration. iPads would also be useful for my special needs population who may not have the ability to access art in the conventional way.
