My students would benefit from Chromebooks because they have many unique applications and features that allow the technology to be more accessible to all learners. It is important that my students are exposed to curricula in a variety of ways to meet all their learning needs. Chromebooks not only increase student engagement in learning but also allow students to access math, reading, writing, phonics, science and social studies curricula in unique ways. Students would be able to listen to books being read aloud, practice math skills such as telling time and counting coins through interactive games, develop phonics skills, and so much more. Because of budget constraints, it would be extremely difficult for our school to purchase Chromebooks for each class. Your donation will help make learning more accessible and more engaging for each and every one of my amazing second graders.
