These materials will help me in providing my children with the opportunities to use their senses and ask questions as well as to equip me with the necessary tools so I can provide my children with an answer to those questions. Learning skills to support scientific thinking is an important part of a young child’s development. Young children are naturally curious about science. They want to explore. These materials will provide encouragement for my children to communicate their thoughts and ideas. These items will be used in the new science area that I will put together for the upcoming school year. This will give my children the opportunity to choose what materials are right for them. These provided materials will help enhance new ideas and experimentation.
