My art students need to be able to look through actual books to be inspired by great works of art. Holding a book in his or her hand is so much more meaningful than staring at photos online; especially large, colorful books that showcase the most important works of art from around the world and from different cultures. My students also need a few art games to spark creativity and imagination after school or when finished with other art projects. These books and games will help students to realize that art history is actually fun and interesting to learn about.
